Our Mission

Created by starbucks on 15 Jul 2008 | Tagged as: Uncategorized

We are asking Howard Schultz, CEO of Starbucks, and the Starbucks Coffee Co. to reconsider the decision to close store #6262 and to closely examine the financial and community PAYOFFS of keeping this store open. We urge Howard and the Starbucks team to recognize that Store #6262 embodies the very principles that Starbucks says are important, such as:

–> fostering community and providing a “Third Place” for adults to network and to socialize

–> providing a place for entrepreneurs and small business owners to meet and do business

–> becoming THE neighborhood meeting place of Residents of Greenville Ave and the M-Streets Neighborhoods

We believe that Starbucks #6262 is EXACTLY what Howard Schultz envisioned when he founded Starbucks. If Howard and Starbucks are committed to these original ideas, then they will keep the Greenville Ave location open.

Your website and mission brought a smile to my face, in a very good way. I’m a Starbucks partner in Phoenix and it’s so nice to see that there are customers that love Starbucks and the partners that serve them.

    Best of luck to you!

    Hi Lisa,

So glad you enjoyed our site. We hope that you feel the support from your customers like we have for our baristas here!

    Best Regards,
